"Bullying" is a form of psychological harassment that consists of oppressive behavior through vindictive, cruel or malicious actions to humiliate or damage the image/position/dignity of an individual employee or a group of employees, including continuous and inappropriate negative remarks or criticism, isolating a person from social relations and swearing or spreading false information.
